Moodboard Reflection Week 2

Over the last week, my group and I have been compiling material into a mood board that will influence the look and tone of our game over the coming months. For each person, we assigned them an area to research and find material for, though in the event they found something of interest that fit into another category, they could simply put into that respective category and pitch it to the group afterwards.

One thing I personally liked about this process is the lack of pressure we put on one another to ensure each area got filled, seeing as it wasn't at all difficult to find new material when each post selected provided its own listing of suggested/similar posts. Also as mentioned there were times where multiple people would end up contributing to the same folder of pins, which I think was an ace method of creating conversation and debate about how the game should look, so that everyone is on the same page and in agreement!
What I learned from doing this new method of researching has not only introduced myself to, and familiarized myself with Pinterest, but also that when it comes to compiling a compilation of visual stimuli, in an easy to grasp, understandable way!

Personally, the only thing I'd do differently, especially after realising how much material we ended up within the folders, would be sorting through it as a group and creating a more compressed folder full of the most influential pins.
